Important Coverage Information: Eligibility: An owner/renter of a residential home may be eligible. If you own/rent a multi-family home, provide the specific mailing address for each service agreement. Termite coverage requires prior inspection. Covered Work: Maintenance treatments (the quantity of which depends on your plan) of the following standard pests: ants, roaches, spiders, crickets, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, moths, grain beetles, clover mites, mice, rats, pill bugs, carpet beetles, bees, fleas and stinkbugs and, depending on your plan: discount or no-charge options for additional maintenance treatments for standard pests, termite spot treatments, bed bug treatments and/or trapping raccoons/squirrels in your home. Standalone plans for termite coverage and discounted mosquito treatment are also available. Not Covered on the Silver, Gold or Termite plans: Damage to your home or other property, and/or medical or other issues as a result of the pests; damage from accident, negligence or caused by someone or a natural disaster; consequential or incidental damages, including damages to access the repair area; correction of, or reimbursement for, your repairs; correction to meet code; parts not installed to code; a system you share with or is owned by a third party or covered by a homeowners’ association; troubleshooting of Wi-Fi, internet or security settings; and replacement of a system or part not stated on your Declaration Page. You agree to resolve disputes related to this plan by arbitration or in small claims court, without resort to class action or jury trial. Making a Service Call: Your plan starts the day your enrollment is processed, and you may make a service call immediately. Cancellation: Cancel any time by calling 1-703-698-4205. If you cancel within 30 days of your start date, you will get a full refund (less the cost of work, where applicable). Cancellations after the first 30 days will result in a pro-rata refund (less the cost of work, where applicable). Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
