What's included in our Generator Maintenance Inspection:

  • Fail power to check for proper operation of transfer switch and generator
  • Check battery level and output
  • Clean debris from inside of generator case
  • Ensure area around generator is clear
  • Inspect high voltage wiring
  • Inspect engine for leakage
  • Inspect gas line connections
  • Change oil using synthetic oil (oil included)
  • Change oil filter (filter included)
  • Change air filter (filter included)
  • Change spark plugs (plugs included)

Important Coverage Information: Eligibility: An owner of a residential home with a generator that was installed and is maintained by us may be eligible. If you own a multi-family home, provide the specific mailing address for each service agreement. Covered Work: 1 maintenance inspection (including 1 oil change and filter) and depending on your plan, discount or no-charge options for diagnostics, repairs, and extra oil changes. Not Covered on the Silver Plan: Damage from accidents, negligence or otherwise caused by you, others or unusual circumstances. Additional exclusions apply. Making a Service Call: Your plan starts the day your enrollment is processed, and you may make a service call immediately. Cancellation: Cancel any time by calling 1-703-698-4205. If you cancel within 30 days of your start date, you will get a full refund (less the cost of work, where applicable). Cancellations after the first 30 days will result in a pro-rata refund (less the cost of work, where applicable). Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
