Priority Emergency Service
You will receive priority status for all service calls. CroppMetcalfe services our Preferred Service Policy customers first. Our technicians are electronically dispatched to insure prompt response time. To insure we meet your needs, we maintain a complete, computerized service history on your equipment.
Planned Maintenance Inspection
Your Preferred Service Policy includes one planned maintenance inspection per year. We will inspect all exposed plumbing and advise you of any needed repairs plus we will make recommendations to help ensure your plumbing system is operating properly and safely. A clean and properly operating system will help reduce emergencies.
We will check the following at each maintenance visit:
- Dye testing of water closets for leaks
- Check household water pressure
- Placement of valve guides
- A maintenance snaking of a tub/shower drain
- Visual inspection of all exposed plumbing
Our Plumbing Preferred Service Policy customers receive a 10% discount on all plumbing repairs. All repair work will be quoted, in writing, prior to being performed. Our goal is to catch and correct minor problems before they become major repairs.
All our plumbers are required to attend at least 40 hours per year of continuing education. In reality, most CroppMetcalfe plumbers actually complete over 100 hours of training per year. Every truck in our fleet is fully stocked with parts, tools, and equipment to service all of your plumbing needs quickly and efficiently.
Our Preferred Service Policy customers are not charged overtime rates for emergency service. CroppMetcalfe plumbers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle all emergencies.
