Priority Emergency Service
You will receive priority status for all service calls. CroppMetcalfe services our Preferred Service Plan customers first. Our technicians are electronically dispatched to insure prompt response time. To insure we meet your needs, we maintain a complete, computerized service history on your equipment.
Planned Maintenance Inspection
Your Preferred Service Plan includes one planned maintenance inspection per year. We will inspect exposed plumbing and advise you of any needed repairs plus we will make recommendations to help ensure your plumbing system is operating properly. A clean and properly operating system may help reduce emergencies.
We will check the following at each maintenance visit:
- Dye testing of water closets for leaks
- Check household water pressure
- Placement of valve guides
- A maintenance snaking of a tub/shower drain
- Visual inspection of all exposed plumbing
10% Discounted Repairs
Our Plumbing Preferred Service Policy customers receive a 10% discount on all plumbing repairs. All repair work will be quoted, in writing, prior to being performed. Our goal is to catch and correct minor problems before they become major repairs.
50% Discount on Diagnostics
As a Plumbing Preferred Service Policy customer, you will also receive a 50% Discount on Diagnostics of plumbing problems you may have.
All our plumbers are required to attend at least 40 hours per year of continuing education. In reality, most CroppMetcalfe plumbers actually complete over 100 hours of training per year. Trucks in our fleet are stocked with parts, tools, and equipment to service most plumbing needs quickly and efficiently.
Important Coverage Information: Eligibility: An owner of a residential home may be eligible. If you own a multi-family home, provide the specific mailing address for each service agreement. Covered Work: 1 maintenance inspection and discounts on diagnostics and repairs for the plumbing in your home. You agree to resolve disputes related to this plan by arbitration or in small claims court, without resort to class action or jury trial. Making a Service Call: Your plan starts the day your enrollment is processed, and you may make a service call immediately. Cancellation: Cancel any time by calling 1-703-698-4205. If you cancel within 30 days of your start date, you will get a full refund (less the cost of work, where applicable). Cancellations after the first 30 days will result in a pro-rata refund (less the cost of work, where applicable). Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
