Planned Maintenance Inspection
Annual maintenance inspections help extend the life of your equipment. Your Preferred Service Policy includes two planned maintenance inspections per year (unless only one component is covered). We will inspect your system and advise you of any needed repairs plus we will make recommendations to help your system work as safely and efficiently as possible. A clean and properly operating system will help reduce your energy bills.
Full Five Year Parts and Labor Coverage
CroppMetcalfe's premium air conditioner, heat pump, and/or furnace is warranted to be free from mechanical defects under normal use and maintenance for a period of five (5) years from the installation date.
Replacement Guarantee
If the compressor, coil, or heat exchanger fails within 1 year, CroppMetcalfe will replace the entire outdoor section of the air conditioner or heat pump and/or the entire indoor furnace or evaporator coil with a new unit at no additional cost.
24-Hour Service Guarantee
During the Ultimate Comfort Period, if we do not have cooling or heating established in your home within 24 hours of a diagnosis, we will pay for one night stay in a local motel/hotel. (Up to $75.00)
Limited Lifetime Guarantee
CroppMetcalfe guarantees to the original purchaser all duct work, refrigerant tubing, disconnect box, unit pad, and electrical wiring installed by us to be free from defects under normal use and operating conditions for the life of these items.
Ultimate Accessory Coverage
One Planned Maintenance Inspection, Discount on All Parts, and Labor for the Life of the Policy when added to our Ultimate Comfort Preferred Service Policy.
