"Managed Growth" has been in CroppMetcalfe's Mission Statement since the very beginning in 1979. Since then, we have grown organically, but also by strategic acquisitions of companies, their co-workers, and customers.
We don't take such growth lightly. Much vetting and research goes into the acquisition of a company as we make sure their culture, services, and co-workers are a good fit for the CroppMetcalfe family.
