Warehouse Inventory Agent

 

We're looking for a talented and dynamic Warehouse Inventory Associate to join our fast-paced team. As an integral part of our operations, we'll need you to:

 

  • Monitor warehouse inventory levels and accuracy
  • Purchase inventory to assure the warehouse is stocked with all supplies necessary to support all field departments
  • Track, coordinate and process returning to vendors all equipment, parts and materials that have been purchased and are no longer needed
  • Order any inventory equipment, parts and materials and have parts runner pick them up from vendor and deliver to job site as needed
  • Assist Field Support Manager with identifying and adjusting truck stock and warehouse inventory as needed
  • Assist with maintaining correct season inventory.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience
  • Co-worker must have the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact while maintaining a good working relationship with co-workers, vendors and customers
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in customer relations and dispatching functions
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Scheduler/ Dispatcher

We are seeking experienced Scheduler/ Dispatcher to join our High Volume Call Center team at our Fairfax, Virginia headquarters. Multiple shifts are available. Some shifts do require evening and/or weekend hours.

Job Duties

  • Dispatching service technicians according to the schedule.
  • Scheduling and monitoring of co-workers service schedule
  • Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician’s schedule as needed
  • Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff and responding to special requirements.
  • Match type of service required with a co-worker’s ability, zone location and duration of call, to maximize productivity, profitability and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and verify co-worker’s weekend and on-call assignments.
  • Being a good teammate to coworkers.
