The service we received was outstanding, from the first meeting with the sales representative to the installation work that took 2 1/2 days, including part of a Saturday. Carl Ward was very knowledgeable,clearly describing all of our options and carefully explaining why he recommended the choices he did. He also responded quickly to several phone calls we placed as we were preparing for replacement of the two heating/air conditioning units in our home. Pierre Tchamdjoci was an excellent technician. He was careful and thorough with each step of the installation process, and answered each of the questions we had as every step of the installation took place. He demonstrated a great deal of pride in his work, both by what he did and by what he told us. He even left his business card taped to one of the new units, so that any future technician, or we as the owners, knew who to contact about any issues related to the new units. In addition, Pierre and those who were with him worked steadily without wasting a moment. From beginning to end, our experience with the sales rep, the main technician, and the two additional technicians, was professional and thorough. We would be happy to recommend your company's service to any of our friends.

They were extremely professional. I have a basement renovation going on and they took some extra steps to make sure that the linoleum would fit under the furnace. They were very thoughtful. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to have in my home.

I am very pleased with the complete service of Cropp-Metcalfe and it's Staff. I was especially impressed by the professionalism and technical knowledge of the Sales Consultant and Installation Technicians who carried out the installation of my new A/C and Furnance Units. I would absolutely recommend Cropp-Metcalfe.

Joe Small and the techs let me know in advance that the outside units were large and would require the transplantation of a few of my bushes. It was nice to know up front that I would need to take care of this. When the time came, the techs helped me do all of that work and left my shrub/flower bed looking great.
My neighbors have asked me about the new systems and I gave both Carrier and Cropp-Metcalfe high scores.

My dealer did a great job. Andrew Ozer and Donnie Buckingham were very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me make a good decision. Dan and Louis did a very professional job of the installation. The product is very impressive and I like it a lot. I hope to see reduced energy costs over the next 5 -10 years and we are already enjoying a more comfortable living environment in our home.

Sales person was very knowledgeable and did not try to force a sale on us. We had talked with other dealers regarding other brands and ultimately went with Carrier based on the recommendation of a friend who had extensive knowledge of Carrier. The decision was reinforced by the sales person and then further reinforced by the installers. Cropp Metcalfe gave us our money's worth.
