Introducing a complete maintenance package for your new heating and/or cooling equipment that can guarantee your peace of mind!

Planned Maintenance - Two maintenance calls each year - one each heating and cooling season. Purpose: to inspect and to advise you of any needed repair. (No repairs are made without your approval); to prevent breakdown and maintain efficiency. Our inspection includes the following checks:

Proper Voltage	Blower Assembly	For Clean Condenser Coil	Electric Strip Heaters
Proper Refrigerant	Visible Leaks	Pulleys & Belts	Vibration Noise
For Clean Indoor Coil	For Clean Filters	Fan Limit Switch	Thermostat
Heat Exchanger	Motors & Lubricate	Condensate Drain	Safety of System
Electrical Connections	Burners	Contactors & Relays

Full Five Year Parts and Labor Coverage - Cropp-Metcalfe's premium air conditioner, heat pump, and/or furnace is warranted to be free from mechanical defects under normal use and maintenance for a period of five (5) years from the installation date.

Replacement Guarantee - If the compressor, coil, or heat exchanger fails within 1 year, Cropp-Metcalfe will replace the entire outdoor section of the air conditioner or heat pump and/or the entire indoor furnace or evaporator coil with a new unit at no additional cost.

24-Hour Service Guarantee - During the Ultimate Comfort Period, if we do not have cooling or heating established in your home within 24 hours of a diagnosis, we will pay for one night stay in a local motel/hotel. (Up to $75.00)

Limited Lifetime Guarantee - Cropp-Metcalfe guarantees to the original purchaser all duct work, refrigerant tubing, disconnect box, unit pad, and electrical wiring installed by us to be free from defects under normal use and operating conditions for the life of these items.

Accessory Coverage - Humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, condensate pumps, clock thermostats, and automatic flue dampers may be covered under the Ultimate Comfort Package for an additional charge.
