Accessory Coverage (An Optional Add-on to your HVAC Plan)

Humidifier, Air Cleaner, Condensate Pump, Programmable Thermostat, Air Purifier and/or UV Light, dehumidifier, zoning system and/or additional fan coil; may be added on for an additional charge.

Bronze Accessory Plan

One Planned Maintenance Inspection and 10% Discount on Repairs when enrolled in to our Bronze Preferred Service Plan.

Gold and Silver Accessory Plan

One Planned Maintenance Inspection, 10% Discount on Parts, and includes labor required to diagnose a problem, or make a necessary repair

when enrolled in either our Gold and Silver Preferred Service Plans.

Important Coverage Information: Eligibility: You must be enrolled in the HVAC Preferred Service Plan to be eligible for an Accessory Add-on. Covered Work: 1 maintenance inspection of your selected Accessory(ies) and depending on your plan: discount or no-charge options for diagnostics and repairs of 1 or more of the accessory(ies) listed, as selected by you. Not Covered on the Gold plan: Damage from accident, negligence or caused by someone or a natural disaster; consequential or incidental damages, including damages to access the repair area; correction of, or reimbursement for, your repairs; correction to meet code; parts not installed to code; a system you share with or is owned by a third party or covered by a homeowners’ association; troubleshooting of Wi-Fi, internet or security settings; and replacement of a system or part not stated on your Declaration Page.  You agree to resolve disputes related to this plan by arbitration or in small claims court, without resort to class action or jury trial. Making a Service Call: Your plan starts the day your enrollment is processed, and you may make a service call immediately. Cancellation: Cancel any time by calling 1-703-698-4205. If you cancel within 30 days of your start date, you will get a full refund (less the cost of work, where applicable). Cancellations after the first 30 days will result in a pro-rata refund (less the cost of work, where applicable). Renewal: The plan is annual. Unless you cancel, your plan automatically renews annually at the then-current renewal price with your same payment terms.
