PRIORITY EMERGENCY SERVICE
You will receive priority status for all service calls. CroppMetcalfe services our Preferred Service Policy customers first. Our specialists are electronically dispatched to insure prompt response time. To insure we meet your needs, we maintain a complete, computerized service history.
PLANNED TREATMENT/INSPECTION
Your Preferred Service Policy includes preventative treatments and a whole home inspection to make sure you remain pest free.
NO OVERTIME RATES
Our Pest Control Preferred Service Policy customers are not charged overtime rates for emergency service. CroppMetcalfe pest specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle all emergencies.
QUALITY SERVICE
All of our specialists are required to attend at least 40 hours per year of continuing education. In reality, most CroppMetcalfe specialists actually complete over 100 hours of training every year. Every truck in our fleet is fully stocked with the materials necessary to solve your pest issues.
