Soon thereafter, Neil provided a list of his findings and the proposed solution, along with the estimated price for each piece of the proposed repair work. The repairs required two different crews to come to the house, one to repair, seal and insulate the existing duct work and another to install insulation. Neil managed this effort and our expectations extremely well. The work was completed by a knowledgeable and friendly crew and on time. Today, the upstairs portion of our home is very comfortable, even on the 100 degree days we've been experiencing...and the A/C actually turns off once a comfortable temperature is reached!
