A. When a problem with your heater or air conditioner is detected, we’ll alert you immediately with a straightforward explanation and recommended action. You will then be able to make an informed repair decision.
Q. What is a virtual maintenance?
A. Every month, the system will check on all of the vital portions and operating systems of your HVAC equipment. We’ll send you a personalized efficiency score for your heater and air conditioner and include tips to help you improve your equipment performance and extend system life.
Q. Will I still receive an in-person, seasonal maintenance?
A. Yes, through our ComfortGuard Monitoring plans, you'll still receive one heating/cooling check per system in your home at a time that works with your schedule.
Q. How long will it take to install?
A. In most cases, installation is as quick as 45 minutes. More complicated systems could take slightly longer.
