Pest Control Sales Representative
CroppMetcalfe is seeking experienced Pest Control Sales Consultant for the Washington Metropolitan area. This new division for CroppMetcalfe offers the opportunity for advancement. Candidates must be dependable and self-motivated individuals with a strong understanding of customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Sell Pest Control Protection and Service agreements, or renewals to homeowners, businesses or owner representatives
- Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conductive to infestations of insects, birds, or other vertebrate pests
- Calculate job cost including labor for treatment, materials according to company pricing guidelines.
- Contact customers after service is performed to ensure customers satisfaction and to develop additional prospects.
- Growing existing customer relationships
- Actively sell and market all company services and products to achieve agreed-upon revenue goals within the company’s market area
- Develop referrals from past customers by means of on-site visits, phone contacts, e-mail letters, etc
- Identifying new prospects by means of cold calling, e-mails, letters, etc
- Follow up on all proposals and quotations on a regular basis
Qualifications & Competencies
- Minimum one year experience
- Must be a WDI Inspector
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
- Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients.
