CroppMetcalfe is seeking an experienced and successful In-Home Salesperson to join our sales team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills and have at least two years of “in-home” sales experience. Responsibilities include meeting prospects, uncovering problems and providing solutions. We are looking for an individual who can make and build relationships. Candidates must be professional and outgoing.
Because of our large customer base and marketing program CroppMetcalfe is able to provide an ample supply of preset and qualified appointments for our sales team. CroppMetcalfe also offers ongoing sales and product training.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Minimum of two years of “in-home” sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers.
- Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients.
- Speaks professionally and clearly with strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- A passion for making peoples lives better
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must pass a back ground and drug screen test
Warehouse Helpers & Parts Runners
CroppMetcalfe is currently seeking Warehouse Helpers & Parts Runners to work throughout Northern Virginia. Candidates will be loading/unloading materials and delivering parts and equipment via company vehicle to worksites.

Qualifications & Competencies
- Candidate must provide a clean, original driving record
- Candidates must be familiar with the roads in the MD/DC/VA area

- Must be able to pass through background screening and drug screening
- Strong communications skill and ability to understand/respond to supervisor verbal instructions
- Must be reliable, work quickly, and have a positive, team-oriented attitude
