Carrier President's Award
For the sixth year in a row, CroppMetcalfe is proud to accept the Carrier President's Award!
The President’s Award, started in 2007, is Carrier’s highest honor for its dealers. This annual award is designed to encourage self-analysis and reward individuals who have excelled in customer relations. Its goal is to support business improvements and show gratitude for their customer loyalty. This award presents the opportunity for recipients to serve as role models, share "best practices" and otherwise offer peer mentoring to help cultivate excellence across the dealer group.
President's Award recipients are businesses that far exceed high expectations, not only as a Carrier dealer, but also as Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers—who are held to an even more exacting set of standards. A President's Award winner is a company Carrier Corporation hold up to other dealers as an example of true excellence. It is an enterprise whose leadership, integrity and performance all dealers will aspire to emulate.
"This year's recipients achieved their business goals while delivering exceptional customer value and successfully positioning the Carrier brand in their respective markets," said Michelle Caldwell, brand manager, Carrier Residential and Light Commercial Systems. "Winners will gain access to more of Carrier's programs and information. Moreover, they will be able to capitalize on publicity, marketing and merchandising opportunities that are unique to President's Award recipients and therefore continue to shape, grow and succeed in their business," added Caldwell.

Voted Best Pick by EBSCO Research
EBSCO Research LLC, formerly Probix LLC, was founded by Walt Jenkins in 1997 in Atlanta, Georgia. Walt was inspired to establish the company after hearing discouraging accounts from his friends and family about their experiences trying to find and hire quality contractors in Atlanta. As a direct result, he created the report publications to evaluate and document the performance of contractors with one primary goal: to increase the opportunity for satisfactory outcomes when contracting home service providers.
As an independent research firm, EBSCO Research employs a business model similar to J.D. Power and Associates, an organization renowned for its research integrity. We conduct extensive consumer research to review contractors, and we use the data to provide testimonials and objective, third-party ratings of contractors in more than three dozen categories.
Companies cannot buy a good rating; the only way contractors can obtain a good rating is by receiving many good customer reviews. CroppMetcalfe is proud to be listed in this publication as a contractor of choice for home comfort.
